Do you mean VueJs as the identity provider and an ASP.NET Core application, using our SAML component, as the service provider?

If so, as long as the identity provider is compliant with the SAML specification there shouldn't be any issues.

We don't have any experience with VueJS so can't make any recommendations in terms of SAML support to implement the identity provider.
